Perhaps knock on the door and speak to them?

I kept talking to them for 1 month. No action was taken, that is the reason I have to connect with HCE. Hope they chop the tree otherwise it will damage my house fence.

Hello Alma, it is 3 months. May I know when it will be resolved? my fence has bend due to the tree trunk. It has been acknowledged twice by HCE officer by visiting our backyard. July end, it was updated that HCE has sent official notice. But still no response.

It is your responsibility as home owner to remove tree that encroaches on your property and its air space

The owner promised to chop the tree. Also, HCE officer visited the site and confirmed that the neighbor has to chop the tree because it is damaging from the trunk and not by steam.

@Housing Code Enforcement - Any updates?? It was informed last time - Official Notice was send to Neighbor. No actions so far.

Owner trimmed necessary limbs that were affecting the address on Charles St. So this complaint was rectified at this time.
