City Hall – DR assigned this issue to Traffic - KC (Permits)

For what it's worth, I've inquired about this a couple of times, and part of the delay [apparently] stems from the City putting out to bid a contract for Traffic-department -related road work which includes the reinstallation of these flexposts. As of this afternoon, that contract is still not signed, although it is expected to be done within weeks, and there is awareness that this delay is a significant problem.
