Jim B. Met with residents on 6/19/19. I painted out a 10’ easement between the neighbors to give a visual of what the easement would look like and what would have to possibly be removed to gain access. The neighbors are working with ECHO Works on a cost estimate to do the work privately. Mr. Randy will touch base with me in the near future to see what the residents decided upon.

Residents are working with a contractor to do the work and do not need our assistance. Jim B.
