As far as I can tell, this issue has not been resolved. We experienced another flooding condition with that sewer just two days ago. It was completely backed up and the water was flowing down my driveway as a result.

Will need to check ownership of outfall

This picture was taken on 9/26 at 7:05pm during a rain storm. The water flooded the whole end of the court and was draining down my driveway into my neighbor's driveway and front yard, flooding his driveway.

Here's the view from the end of my the shared driveway with the car lights on the backed up drain.

I submitted pictures as requested. Can someone please provide an update as to what is being done to clear this storm water drain? We are expecting another tropical storm and it's likely to do this again. Please send an email if "public status changes are not available".

As of today, the storm drain is backed up and flooded again. Please send someone to fix this problem!

Storm drain on Wicker Vasket Court has been blocked up for over 6 months. My neighbor Earl Sneeringer has sent multiple complaints and pictures and nothing is getting done. My next move is to get an attorney because the water is damaging my foundation.

Dear Mr. Curry, Mr. Sneeringer- your request was received & investigated. The outfall seems to be the issue. The property the outfall is on belongs to The Columbia Association. We are currently looking through records to determine ownership & maintenance of the outfall. I hope to get back to you by next week. Regards Jim B. 3/22/19

Mr. Baker, Your people came out this morning to look at the pipe and the outfall. The pipe is clean but the end of the pipe at the outfall location is two feet below the water grade level. I'm informed that it requires some earth moving equipment to dig it out so that the pipe is above the water grade line. Can you please keep my neighbor and me updated as to when this can be accomplished? It's been 10 months since I submitted this request and we need to get this resolved in the near term. The research came back and the County does not have an easement for the outfall. I will be reaching out to Columbia Association. 4/1/19 Jim B.
