Per City Code of Ordinances (22-269) this is not a stop intersection.
To install a sign would require an amendment to the ordinance.

To have a sign installed would require an amendment to the City Ordinance.
I am closing this request out, and when the council amends the ordinance to reflect this as a stop intersection a sign will be installed.
