Description

The city owns this lot. Can't mow in the back part because of STANDING Water from a pump from another HOUSE. The trees need to be trimmed up and lawn cut. They tried to cut and got stuck. It would be nice if they could do something to this yard. It has been an ongoing problem since they took down the house. I hoping something could get done. Regrande it for water flow or something.
