It ran out and jumped up on my neighbor several weeks ago. They talked to the owner and animal control and said it needs to be on a lead. Last Saturday it ran out at me and my dog ( who is on a lead ) and I had to yell at it to have it back off. Today. which is Saturday, it was outside the gate walking down the sidewalk again. The owner says it's friendly, but my dog doesn't know that. There are lots of children in this neighborhood too. This dog needs to be on a lead!
