Resident spoke with Cynthia Alden from Storm water Management, and she suggested I contact highways to see if they can check the drains in my neighborhood and surrounding area for clogs, or to make sure the water is draining properly because resident has an issue with water coming up from the bottom of window well.
Resident lives directly down the hill behind the East Library on Cradlerock and has lived in home for over 23 years, but in the last few years water has been filling up in window well when we have heavy rain fall.
At this time, I have a sump pump in the window for emergency, but if I was to ever lose power the pump will be useless. Please let me know if you and your team can help me solve the water runoff issue.
