Description

I see people at all hours in the yard loitering, at times there are up to ten or more people here.

It looks like they are a fixture here because all of the grass is worn down and it is bare dirt where they stand.

RPD Officers conducted surveillance of the corner at Bladen St and Martin St. Their efforts resulted in 2 felony arrests and the confiscation of controlled substances. The beat officers will continue to monitor this area.
