Interesting how a comment asking to stay on point about the reported issue gets blocked!! Now I'm wondering how the "blocking/flagging" system operates here.

Comments that are blocked upon submission are done by SeeClickFix as stated in their Terms of Use. They are reviewed by a moderator and posted after being cleared, sometimes it is just an unintended combination of words that trigger the review. Exactly my point. I have read and understood the Terms of Use (or Terms of Service TOS). There was nothing wrong with the blocked message, but a call to use SeeClickFix for its intended use: reporting an Issue to local authorities and receiving other RELEVANT comments about that Issue.
Seems then that subtle political/personal wants are allowed. If there is a real Issue with "not-too-good-looking-to-swim-waters" (really meaning due to pollution in the area) then report it as a separated real Issue. Leave political blame (or support) out of SeeClickFix.

Who the heck are you babbling to? I don't see anyone else responding to your quibble. You do understand those are automated responses, right? I am not blaming anyone, merely asking a question, which you certainly are not able to answer. Yes, the water IS more so POLLUTED. That IS the complaint.

Again, exactly my point(s):
- Water IS more polluted (totally agree with you and I don't want to swim there either): then go post a new Issue (don't piggyback).
- You specifically mentioned the Mayor for dumping raw sewage (stand by what you said!!). Again, agree or disagree I don't think SeeClickFix is the space to discuss that.
- Funny how "automated responses" blocked my very clean and unharmful comment, but not some of the words that you just used, since under the Terms of Service (TOS) they would be "questionable".
- Probably many times some people can get away with comments just because nobody said anything. Just saying.
- On this note, I won't piggyback this Issue's thread anymore. PLEASE MAYOR'S ACTION CENTER: SOMEONE IS DUMPING SOMETHING THAT SMELLS LIKE GASOLINE TO KILL WEEDS!!.
