It is now Wed. morning 5/24. Nothing, repeat nothing, has been done to resolve the problem Cart is still full of the same compostables missed on Tuesday. Cart has been available all the time. Once again, cart is located in pickup area which is on north side of property on alleyway from S. Forest to Olivia. his has been the same pickup area it has been since compost collection began. Please give your drivers adequate directions on their routes.

Truck returned 05242018, no cart found out for service on return.

A small vehicle will return for service, large collection truck unable to fit in alley.

The cart is in the correct pick-up location, exactly specified in my previous requests for proper service. It is still full of the same compost material that has been there all week. Once again: The pick up location is on the north side of the property on the alley that runs from S. Forest to Olivia. Your drivers do not know their routes. I notice from my e-mail that I am not the only one in the neighborhood who is having repeated problems in collection by Compost and Recycle teams. Why cn't you read my request and send the driver to the right location?

It is now 4 PM on Friday 5/25. And guess what? The compost at 904 Olivia has, once again,not been picked up. I sure wish that I could get the service for which I pay taxes, and not lame excuses, evasions and false statements that I have been getting here for a week!
