Description

Following rain, the French drain at 430 Harbor Dr S is quickly overwhelmed. The recent resurfacing project on Harbor Dr S changed the elevation of the street, so now the intersection floods. Standing water remains covering parts of Maxwell and Harbor Dr S for a day or so after rain stops. There needs to be a gutter or drainage channel cut across Maxwell to allow the water to drain to the storm drains on the other side of the intersection.
