Reporting a White BMW Tag- GIR Y61- The young man that drives this car is going to hit a kid/ parent/ teacher. He speeds down the back side of the school where the kids are dropped off and families are walking to school he has done this several time and has been asked to slow down. He lives in our neighborhood and has had a few wrecks with his cars and yet continues to speed and weave in and out of other cars dropping off their kids for school. I know the school year is almost over but this issue continues to happen down our side street that the kids play on. There are several ways our of the neighborhood and he continues to speed down Russell. He has come around other corners and almost hit other cars and when asked to slow down seems like his is not all with it. Todays show caught the attention of everyone outside at school. The teacher's and parents are concerned that someone will get seriously hurt.
