Jim B. spoke with resident. Video inspection showed the pipe is in good condition and no reason for the sink hole. A traffic cone was placed out here a year ago to see if the ground sank anymore. It has not. We will fill the hole with topsoil and seed. Resident asked that we look at the whole frontage because she has a drainage issue. 10/15/19
