It is worth noting that the elm immediately to the west of it died from Dutch Elm Disease in 2016, which is probably how this tree contracted the disease. My understanding is that adjacent elms often develop root grafts that allow the fungus to spread from one tree to the next. The way to avoid losing the entire row of Elm trees along this stretch of the green is to be remove infected branches as soon as the infection becomes evident.
