Description

i got a notice that my previous complaint about the trash and homeless encampments here was addressed and closed. THERE IS EVEN MORE STUFF THAN BEFORE. what the hell, oakland???? actually DO something about it. at least have them keep their stuff contained to their tents. DO SOMETHING.
