Where the sidewalk crosses a small viaduct that has a protective handrail, the sidewalk bulges up several inches. I personally have seen two horrific accidents, one with a baby being flung out of a stroller and the other just Thursday of a person in a power chair having the chair completely tip over. I ride a disability scooter and I’m aware that the area in question is coming up. I need to slow to a crawl, stop where it suddenly rises and then lumber over it. I can only say if I saw two incidents myself, and I am barely out there, there must have been many more incidents.
