tall african american man with a black sweatshirt that reads The Town on the front (for oakland) and Curry 30 on the back, and blue jeans. brown chevy van with white stripes and no license plates but i got a photo of some writing on the van window that may relate to its identification. i asked him to pick it up the dumped debris and offered him a bag to di it and he doesn't want to. he went into the high street laundrymat to do hos laundry. says he is homeless and looks like he's on drugs. I'm scared he knows where i live.
