This is a huge problem. This should be dealt with ASAP.

wow this is huge I have talked with a few people around my block that have commented me about this happening. we need police to reinforce or just have more security for the sack of our families, businesses and children because there are a lot of schools near by

Owners there should invest in HD security cameras. It's might not fix all the problems but it sure will deter and lower crimes. There are good deals from Costco for these types of cameras. I have them installed on my house and able to view from anywhere. I recommend this to all people.
