The Address is 3365 57th ave N. ST PETERSBURG fl 33714. See the deplorable conditions that residents endure on my YouTube video. Under: Nedhall Nather slumlord. Raw sewage...roaches and bedbugs even outside the buildings. This particular building appears to be collapsing. We don't even have a smoke alarm. The landlord took ours. There are many electrical problems caused by improper maintenance and bugs. Roaches are inside ovens and refrigerators. See the raw sewage near the boys toys. Our bathroom ceiling fell in twice and my mom and I were flooded out with raw sewage. This year and last year.Our kitchen ceiling is ready to collapse. The concrete porches are ready to fall down and possibly kill a tenent. There are 11 rental units here. This may be the worst property in the county. I've never seen one this bad. Mike Shimonhi was my last landlord you may have seen his story on the news and via city and federal government. There may be further city,state,and Federal violations here as well. Lealman fire department needs to inspect as well. For about a year and a half several of us have tried to get Mr Nedhall Nather to address serious issues. This seems futile.I hope you can help the residents here. Some want to make formal complaints but we are afraid we will be all left homeless. You can call me at 727-564-7046..James. I contacted ABC Action News about this matter. The rent is due Tuesday. $900. He wants to raise peoples rent. The drug dealing has seemed to decrease and the gunfire subsided. Last year a convicted felon shot the walls in unit 2. I'm a veteran. I thought he had a toy. It wasn't no toy. It was a Mossberg .22 caliber assault rifle. Jared got evicted..well he went back to prison. Ned just painted over the bullet holes and rented it out.We are darn poor now. We can't safely cook here. My mom is legally blind with heart problems and I have PTSD. It's frightening just to get the mail. A drug user assaulted me and another resident out front. I wound up in the hospital. Ned paid me $75 compensation. my eyeglasses were stolen with my rosary and $80. The assailant was a guest at one of the apartments. Ned let that drug user return to the property. Things just continue to get worse here. I hope you can help. It looks rather dismal for us. Trying to change my mom's bandage from cancer surgery was not easy. We had no bathroom ceiling and raw sewage for 9 days. We still can't breathe right. We have rented from this man for years. He had many properties but now he has only this won. Really sad.
