Description

A sink hole has formed 12” south of the speed bump just south of the intersection of Lawrence and Kenmore Ave. The sink hole has cases the grade to change so that the roadway is not passable due to the speed bump and hole in the center of the narrow street there is an 18” difference between the sink hole and top of the speed bump causing cars to bottom out if not making it impassable to cars
