Run carefully! It is because of the snow that the dog poop gets covered and now that it is thawing, you will see it all. In the warmer months, people are more careful to discard of the poop in a better way.

I do not know what you are looking for here. Be careful and not step into it or the town can leave the crime alone for a while and patrol the canal for poopie. Or, maybe you can contact the association managing the park and volunteer to coordinate a clean up once a week. Dont complain, do something; someone would have to anyway, how about you!
