My apologies for the delay. I'm looking into this issue and trying to figure out why the repair was done in a way that the gate doesn't latch. I'll be in touch shortly with updates.

Ty for your response. A tree fell on the fence and has come apart the neighbor with red barn doesn’t have any fence and the looseness of the rest of fence has pulled so that my gate doesn’t shut. I appreciate any help

I've met with DPW. They are working out two options and should be able to move forward soon.

Checking for updates, no one has acted on fixing the fence and gate hooking together.
