Appears to be operating an auto repair business (hot rods)out of the house. This also creates a lot of loud traffic inherent with these types of vehicles.

It has started again and I am about to make another report.
This has been going on for 12 years.
When I reported it to zoning the offender said he was "friends" with the zoning officer.
We are tired of this behavior.

I am most concerned about oil, transmission fluids, etc. going directly into the ground.

It is unfair to neighbors who do not run businesses from their residences.
These are people who think the rules and laws do not apply to them.
They need to rent a commercial bay if they want to work on cars.
Please help!!!!
