The manhole cover located on the sidewalk is still elevated and is a tripping hazard. Not good as this is a heavily traveled sidewalk. The tree branches are also dropping in this area making it an additional visual hazard as you duck your head.

The issue is up on the sidewalk by the corner of Trotter Rd and Summer Sunrise
