Comcast has been notified of this situation and will be addressing it soon. As additional information becomes available it will be posted to this site. Information Technology Department
Hi, I just wanted to let you know that the temporary line definitely belongs to Comcast and not WOW. I took a picture of the WOW pedestal which is about 15 feet away and doesn't have any wires exiting it. As for Comcast, I have been in regular communications with them about this matter. It appears that some of their personnel think that this issue is resolved and have closed the case in their system several times. I keep contacting them letting them know that this situation has not been resolved as of today, 6/29/18 they have been notified again. As soon as I receive an update on today’s findings, I’ll update this request. Information Technology Services

This was reported on 03/30/2018, that's FOUR months ago today, someone really needs to put the pressure on Comcast or WOW or whoever this line belongs to.
Comcast was notified back in early April after it was determined that the temporary line belongs to them and is continually being contacted to resolve this issue.
