Description
East 19th needs repaving from park ave to 14th ave. Pavement is in terrible shape and dangerous to bicycles. Sewer work is still on going on this stretch. Once it’s done the entire pavement needs to be replaced. This street is also supposed to be a bikeway, according to the Oakland bike map. We need better asphalt, stripes / markers for bike lanes, signs at the no-stop crossings (5th Ave, 8th Ave and 9th Ave.) and some curb cuts at 6th Ave. and again at 11th Ave.
