broken gate at Quigley park. one side is missing and the other cannot be moved unless lifted.

THIS GATE AT QUICKLEY PARK, HAS BEEN MISSING FOR YEARS AND THE RIGHT SIDE, JUST REMOVE IT. WHY EVEN HAVE IT THERE. REMOVE THE GATES. NO PURPOSE SINCE THE ENTRANCES ON SHURTLEFF ST DOESNT HAVE A GATE. USELESS.
