Description

Garbage from construction of 4 new homes spreading all over the side walks and driveways. Ranges from used up construction waste, to food containers and foam coffee cups. They don't have a dumpster, garbage is dumped on the ground and wind blows all over neighbor spreading down the block. This is a joint complaint of the neighborhood residents. See attached pictures.
