Thank you for reporting an issue to the City of Jersey City. We will investigate. However because cold surfaces are difficult to treat, and because limited access can hinder the effectiveness of graffiti removal I will keep this issue open and revisit it in the Spring for better results OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

Thank you for reporting an issue to the City of Jersey City. WE ARE READY ! During the winter month we have documented locations of graffiti issues and concerns throughout our city. We have ordered all equipment needed to resolve our graffiti issues. We are removing winter equipment (shovel, salt machines) off our truck to focus on graffiti. Now we wait for mother nature to allow us to proceed. We look forward in making Jersey City graffiti free once again. Your complaint is on the list.
