Ill keep it short as their is little room to write and I have a long list.
My lower kitchen cabinet was fixed with a screw that went through the outside and they cut it off leaving a sharp protruding piece and the piece they cut off with the pointed end was left in the dog dish full of food for the dog to eat.The elevators are 40 years old (the mechanical parts) and when I was stuck for 3 hours the other day the fire dept said they werent supplied with the emergency key to use on the door to open it because they were too old.also there was none on premises.there is mold in my windows because the rubber sealing is black old cracked and shrunken.some of the window panes are loose.they fixed this by putting caulking in the corners and leaving the mold.the contractors that came to paint smoked in the hallways burning the new linoleum flooring.The dryers dont get hot enough to kill bed bugs which we are infested with.there was vomit for 5 days in the elevator.the garbage rooms are filled to the ceiling with bags on weekends.the front door of my apt was kicked in by police because someone made random gun calls.no one was arrested and nothing was found but tchc wouldnt give me a new door.interior doors were coming apart but they just put nails in and when they were worse i took them off and gave them back and bought my own.
