I am concerned u might have the wrong address. There are no palm trees dead or blocking any sidewalk around this property. There is a dead queen palm in the right of way but they city felt it wasn't dead so its still there! Sad when folks file complaints and there really are none As far as the half dead palms they got burned by the cold weather and my tree guy said they are self cleaners and will drop when dead
