I concur. It sickens me every time I see it. Haven't we had had enough of that Bozo. I suspect it's the property owner who posted it and he's an attorney.
This sign is placed on Martin's Landing common property, and Martin's Landing DOES NOT allow political signs on common property. I hope it's been removed by now.
Driving around Roswell in typical fashion Jere is jumping the gun putting up signs all over where ever he wants. The election is in November. There is a city ordinance when campaign signs can be put up. The City of Roswell Code Enforcement needs to address this immediately.
Being a former mayor shouldn’t he should respect the city guidelines that he previously enforced? Maybe he thinks because he was formerly mayor exceptions are made for him 🧐
Hello, and thank you for contacting Code Enforcement.
The City does not regulate political signs. They can be posted at any time.
As long as the political signs are not posted in the Right of Way, they are permissible.
To code enforcement: please clarify your statement. Property owners have the right to remove signs that were placed without their permission, right? This sign was placed on property that was not owned by whomever placed it. Thanks.

That is correct. If the sign is placed on private property, it is at the owner's discretion.
