Description

I'm pretty sure this car is broken down as it has been here for over a week and has a popped hood and jumper cables in the back seat. The car is not from this area based on the parking permit and I have never seen it on the street before. I used my address as the address of the car as it is in front of my house and is taking up valuable parking space that is already limited. Thank you,
