Description

The storm drain at the NW corner of Dartmouth and Pleasant (outside Hugh's on Dartmouth) has only 1 square opening in its grate allowing water through, and Dartmouth Street is getting pretty flooded right there. This looks like an easy fix--it's just a small dam blocking drainage. I would have cleared it myself if I had been wearing better boots+gloves.
