Safety hazard and code violations. Vehicles parked on grass rough of way, commercial trailer parked in front of Home, sight issue for exiting and entering the alley along with traffic safet6 com8ng off busy 38th Ave N. 3 boats parked on property, One boat extends from the h9me across the sidewalk to the curb. Causing a safety hazard for people walk8ng their dogs and small children in the are, having to enter the street which has the trailer parked there along with another vehicle with commercial signs. Need to have codes enforced and safety of pedestrians and vehicles looked into. Should park8ng be allowed this close to 38th Ave?
