Wait, so you closed the ticket from 2/11/18 and write a comment in this very new ticket? Why has there been no comment nor, more importantly, addressing is issue in almost 30 days?
Sorry for your inconvenience concerning this issue. My name is Shaunn Smith and i just recently in the last 3 weeks took over as Supervisor of Streets. I am in the middle of prioritizing work to be completed, i would greatly appreciate your patience.
While I appreciate your comment, I'm surprised the oldest ticket would not stay open. IMO, prioritization of work would be based on 1.) safety issues and 2.) age of ticket.
We are now at 5 full weeks of this issue not being addressed. Within that 5 week time period, the City maintenance department has been out twice to clear the sidewalk that literally connects to this area. Yet this obvious issue remained untouched. Can you please post a commitment date to address this problem? It is unsafe for us making a left turn out of our neighborhood.
Trying again Shaunn Smith. Can you please update the status or add a commitment date? I've read through many newer and less dangerous issues reported in this system, and you seem to have been commenting on those over the last two weeks.
We are now entering the 8th week since this issue was first reported. It is dangerous for cars to pull out. Last week I saw a person in a wheelchair have to turn back and cross Commerce at College because of the amount of debris blocking their access to the sidewalk. I cleared as much as I could, only for the next rainstorm to re-gather the debris in the gravel again. Can you please prioritize this to be addressed?
