Description

Large gathering daily of homeless at the pavilion next to broderick rec. smoking weed and drinking beer. Loitering and littering their trash / cigarette butts. Homeless should not set up camp next to where the children play. Unacceptable bum behaviors on display. Unsafe situation for the children who attend / play at Broderick park. Please address immediately
