Description

1. Green, unkept pool that is disgusting and breeding mosquitos.
2. Enviromental hazard. Abandoned, sunken 8' boat that is tied to dock. Davits rusted & broke about a year ago. Had a trolling motor attached. Could damage nearby docked boats if rope breaks free.

This capsized boat will be a hazard to other boats when they rope currently holding it ot the dock rots through.
