Description
On the west side of Beach St, the cluster of yellow sand barrels that protect the north end of the concrete "jersey barrier" that continuously lines Beach St beneath the I-580 overpass structures have been destroyed, burned, and strewn with trash. The remnant sand and trash pile will fail to protect a southbound vehicle from a potentially fatal collision with the barrier. Area must be cleared and the sand barrels restored.
