Description
This mobile home has been living in the Dimond avenue parking lot for months, 3408 Dimond ave., parking lot. They are obnoxiously loud and throw bottles onto our property. I think they are also dumping waste into the sewer due to the increasingly bad smell sense thier arrival. License plate number is 2RST862. I have called parking enforcement and opd non-emergency numerous times.
