This case has a history. The owner has been to the city and received a warning from legal. After a while they just go back to their bad ways.
This is a case - 15-00029393 - that has much history and yet the owner continues to park in the yard between the fence and the sidewalk. Here is a picture that was taken on Sunday. A car and a truck now. During the night also. Not just weekends.
