6 wheel plow truck parked in the South st parking lot posted no trucks or any vehicle with more that 4 wheels allowed.
this is the same truck that plows the snow from the front of M& M seafood at 1124 Main Street to the front of the Franklin building blocking the Mail Boxes. He plows the snow slowly lifting the blade as he gets to the Franklin building. i hope someone can catch him. That truck has been in that lot all day.
