Description

Please fix the programming on these lights in San Leandro and high st. The lights last like 10 seconds before it's red again for both sides crossing through San Leandro cause soo much traffic. The one that cross through San Leandro up high st lasts longer and usually never any traffic. It's always a lot of traffic on San Leandro st lately because the way the lights are programmed
