You might have addressed but u did not solve it. There are now 4 cars in front of house and a boat. None of the yard issues have changed either. Your fine of a $100 is far less than they will pay to store all these vehicales in the proper place. So how exactly have you addressed this situation. Our neighborhood is looking like a junk yard
