I reported this same incident a few months ago. The way it was "fixed" last time was simply to push the cover the back In place. This was obviously an improper repair based on the current status. A more permanent solution needs to be put in place as this is the third time that this has occurred.

This corner is a bus stop for many schools and eventually one of these children is going to get hurt if this situation is not properly corrected. Please put forth a better effort in getting this remedied this time.
