Description

Biking northbound on the MacArthur BART frontage road approaching 40th Street, I have been waiting at the signal for 10 minutes (as of right now, 8:50pm) with no green light to turn left onto 40th. As soon as a driver pulled up behind me (driving illegally on the frontage road by the way) it turned green instantly. Please adjust this signal so that it detects bikes at all hours. I was shining my bike lights directly toward the cameras but no luck.
