Description
The rubber mulch area around the playground at Millennium Youth Park is littered with drug paraphernalia- little plastic baggies, plastic cigar tips, cigar wrappers- and cigarette butts. The playground itself could use some fresh paint. We have a neighborhood event at this park next month and it could really use some attention.
