No crosswalk from Oak to 4th, and the slim bicycle path is extremely dangerous even for bicycles, which have to share the narrow space with pedestrians with no room to pass. Motorists fly down the new road with ease, weaving into the poorly defined bike lane at random. I can understand why Saint Petersburg has earned the dubious distinction as being the most dangerous city in the US for bicyclists and pedestrians. Motorists regularly block pedestrian crossings as well, especially at 4th and N Frontage.
