Neighbor's car broke into a few days ago. Now I see our car door handle is sprung and it's too late to report. There's all these kids coming in and they act like they're playing and they pull on the door handles and run before police are called. They're young about 12-13, one Hispanic boy has a pocket knife. There's white, black, Hispanic kids.
